How do I increase/decrease volume of spoken text?

Increasing or decreasing volume of spoken text.

Select the text you wish the volume to increase/decrease.
With text selected, click on the "Volume" button above the text box.
Select the Low/Normal/High option from the dropdown.
The text will become Bold for high volume, Light for low volume.
